What are the main categories of the lessons?
The lessons are divided into three main categories based on the level of knowledge and skills of the student.
1. Beginners - For amatuer students
2. Advanced - For students with moderate knowledge
3. Masterclass - For experienced students

What is the duration of each lesson?
The duration of each lesson is 45 minutes.
How can I buy the lesson I want?
Once you have selected the lesson you want, by clicking the 'BOOK A LESSON' button, you will see the details of the course, as well as, the calendar with the available days and hours. Select the day and time you want and press 'BOOK NOW'. After completing the payment process you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the purchase.
How many hours prior to the lesson can I book?
A lesson may be booked 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Why is it necessary to create an account in order to book a package?
Creating an account helps you to book one or more lessons, view your entire purchase history of your booked lessons or even cancel a lesson. The registration process can be done either at the end of the checkout process (by pressing the tab 'BOOK A LESSON') or by clicking on the 'Register' link at the top of the page under the ``MY ACCOUNT`` tab.
What should I do when i book and purchase a lesson?
You will receive a confirmation email from info@playlyra.com. In this email, you will receive details of the purchase and booking information.
What should I do before the lesson starts?
Students should have their equipment (musical instrument and communication device) ready 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. In case of delay the duration of the lesson will not be extended due to subsequent lessons.
How can I cancel a lesson?
I can cancel a lesson at list 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
If I cancel a lesson in how many days can I have it again?
If you cancel a lesson, it may be made up for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Otherwise the right of replenishment is lost.
How can I replace a lesson after a cancellation?
If you have cancelled a lesson you can replace it by making a new booking starting from the beginning (press the tab 'BOOK A LESSON'. In case you have paid for a lesson that you have decided to cancel for various reasons please follow the next steps. In the 'Additional Information' field below the diary, type 'Lesson rebook' followed by the cancelled order number that you will find in the confirmation email you received and the full name. Example: Lesson rebook #0123 - Nick Papadopoulos
Can I cancel a lesson and request a refund?
Refunds will be made if the cancellation has taken place at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
What happens in case of a power cut or poor network connection?
In case of a power cut or inability to establish a communication due to a network connection problem for more than ten minutes, the lesson will be rescheduled via email as soon as possible.
